2 years ago By Sports Desk

AEW Rampage is all set to bring another thrilling evening of wrestling on the 29th of September, 2023. A highly anticipated event, it promises a mix of storytelling and the entertainment that wrestling fans crave. The wrestling world is buzzing, and fans are eagerly waiting to see what unfolds in the squared circle.

What adds to the excitement is the fresh aftermath of the latest AEW Dynamite episode. Those who attended got a special treat to watch the superstars fighting for the title. So, if you were already part of that show, then here we are already set for a more thrilling part. The AEW Rampage is almost around the corner. So the Rampage won’t be a regular show on the AEW. We will have two Championship matches on the card. Also, we expect the final buildup for the WrestleDream event this week. The stakes are high, the anticipation palpable, and the energy is electric.

Here below are all the confirmed matches for the AEW Rampage 2023;

First up, let’s talk about the big trio showdown. The Acclaimed, which includes Anthony Bowens & Max Caster, is teaming up with Billy Gunn. These three are the current champions, which means they have a championship belt that shows they’re the best trio right now. They’re going up against The Hardys, and if you haven’t heard of them, they’re a legendary duo made up of brothers Matt and Jeff Hardy. Joining them is “Brother Zay” Isiah Kassidy. Both teams want that championship title, and they’re going to battle it out in the ring to see who deserves it more.

Next, there’s a special match for the NJPW Strong Openweight Championship. Eddie Kingston is the guy who currently has this title, which means he’s been the strongest in past matches. But Rocky Romero thinks he can change that. He’s challenging Eddie to try and win the title for himself. After they fought, something interesting happened. Katsuyori Shibata, another talented wrestler, confronted Eddie Kingston. It seems there’s some tension there, and it’ll be interesting to see how that plays out in the future.

Then, we have a match between The Righteous. They are Vincent & Dutch. Not much is known about who they’ll be facing, but considering their past performances, it’s sure to be a gripping bout. Both Vincent and Dutch have their own unique wrestling styles, and their teamwork is always on point. They’re going to bring their best, and fans can’t wait to see them in action.

Lastly, there’s a significant match for the ladies. Hikaru Shida and Ruby Soho are two of the top female wrestlers in AEW. They’re both super skilled and have won many matches before. But this time, there’s something big at stake. The winner of this match will get a chance to fight for the AEW Women’s World Championship. This championship is a big deal. It means you’re the best female wrestler in AEW. And the chance to fight for this title will be on the October 10 episode of AEW Dynamite. Both Hikaru Shida and Ruby Soho want that opportunity, so they’re going to give it their all in the ring.

In summary, AEW Rampage has a series of fantastic matches lined up. From trio battles for championship titles to individual showdowns with future opportunities on the line, there’s something for every wrestling fan to look forward to. Whether you’re rooting for The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn, The Hardys and Isiah Kassidy, Eddie Kingston, Rocky Romero, The Righteous, Hikaru Shida, or Ruby Soho, one thing is for sure: it’s going to be an action-packed night. So, mark the date, and get ready to witness some high-octane wrestling action!
