UFC ring girl and artist Brittney Palmer, famous for her grace both inside and outside the octagon, did not hold back spreading holiday cheer. Former UFC champion Georges St-Pierre took a unique approach to preparing for the holiday season. In a Twitter video, he cracked ice on his pool to introduce one of my favourite sleep rituals.
