WWE NXT Global Heritage Invitational Standings Of Group A And B, Results And More

2 years ago By Sports Desk

The NXT Global Heritage Invitational continued on the September 5 episode of WWE NXT.

In this tournament, we had more matches in both Group A and Group B. These matches added more points to the official standings.

In Group B, Nathan Frazer had a strong victory over Duke Hudson. With this win, Frazer now shares the top spot in Group B with two points, just like Hudson and Joe Coffey.

Here are the updated Group B standings:

Group B:

  • Joe Coffey from Scotland: 2 points (1 match – 1 win, 0 losses, 0 draws)
  • Nathan Frazer from the Isle of Jersey: 2 points (2 matches – 1 win, 1 loss, 0 draws)
  • Duke Hudson from Australia: 2 points (2 matches – 1 win, 1 loss, 0 draws)
  • Akira Tozawa from Japan: 0 points (1 match – 0 wins, 1 loss, 0 draws)

Later in the show, there was a Group A match between Butch and Axiom. It was an intense match with lots of hard-hitting action, but it ended in a draw due to time limits. Despite this draw, Butch is leading in Group A.

Here are the updated Group A standings:

Group A:

  • Butch from England: 3 points (2 matches – 1 win, 0 losses, 1 draw)
  • Axiom from Spain: 1 point (1 match – 0 wins, 0 losses, 1 draw)
  • Tyler Bate from England: 0 points (0 matches – 0 wins, 0 losses, 0 draws)
  • Charlie Dempsey from the USA: 0 points (1 match – 0 wins, 1 loss, 0 draws)

The Global Heritage Invitational will continue on the September 8 episode of NXT Level Up, featuring a match between Joe Coffey and Akira Tozawa.

Still to come in Group A are matches like Bate vs Axiom (which will be on NXT TV next week), Bate vs Butch, Bate vs Dempsey, and Axiom vs Dempsey.

As previously mentioned, the NXT Global Heritage Invitational will determine the next contender for the NXT Heritage Cup. The champion of Group A will square off against the champion of Group B during the WWE NXT episode airing on September 26th. The victor of that match will challenge NXT Heritage Cup Champion Dar at NXT No Mercy on September 30.
